Workout generator
• The app can now generate standalone workouts!
• This is great news for anyone who doesn’t want a rigid training regimen or who wants to do an extra session outside of their normal routine.
• The app will suggest the best type of workout (e.g. a Push day) based on your recent workouts. Of course, you can also choose whatever type/focus you want.

• There is now a D in the calendar workout bubbles to indicate deloads.
• Disabling Notifications > Achievements will now also hide achievements from the workout summary.

• When completing a workout of over 4 hours or under 10 minutes, you will now be offered to change the duration. This is handy if you forgot to complete your workout.

Warm-up sets
- The app now calculates how many warm-up sets you should perform.
- With the Pro version you can also see exactly how much weight and how many reps you should go for in each set.
- You can copy the warm-up sets to the workout exercise notes with one tap (and edit them there). Then, you will see this workout's warm-up sets during the next session.
- There are many settings to customize what your warm-up sets should look like. Of course, you can also disable warm-up sets altogether.

- "Notes" can now have multiple lines. To close the keyboard, scroll or tap any empty space on the page.

- On the "Rest timer" settings page, you can now specify rest periods for individual exercises.
- Improved algorithm for the muscle heat map. The app now counts the number of sets for any muscle group relative to all sets. Auxiliary muscles are also taken into account, but with a lower weighting.

Weight intervals
- We revised the weight intervals:
- Custom intervals can be specified for each equipment as well as each exercise.
- If no weight intervals are specified for an exercise, the equipment's intervals are used.
- You can specify weight intervals via "Profile > Weight intervals" and via "Logger > KG/LBS" as well as via "Logger > Weight > Weight intervals".
FAQs
- You can now search for topics in the FAQs.

- During a workout, RIR can now be entered in 0.5 increments. For example, if you are unsure whether you had 1 or 2 RIR, enter 1.5 RIR.
